Daft Punk Unmasked in New French Film

The masked duo known as Daft Punk has been fairly persistent about keeping their true identities hidden in the past but in a new French film, Réality, one member makes a short appearance without his cover. Thomas Bangalter is shown reading a magazine before he has it ripped out of his hands by Jon Heder (aka Napoleon Dynamite) who then proceeds to throw it on the ground and storm off. Although the scene is only a few seconds it is a big step for the musicians who have remained masked for their entire career.

Daft Punk has been a pioneer of electronic music and has made its mark on the music industry with hits such as “One More Time” and “Harder Better Faster Stronger”. And following the massive success of their single “Get Lucky”, Daft Punk shows no signs of slowing down.
