Dirty South Drops 4444 Set from Avalon in Hollywood (4 Hours 44 Minutes on the 4th of July)

With the standard electronic music set running at about 90 minutes, anything longer than that is usually a special treat. Last year Eric Prydz came to Arizona and dropped an extended 3-hour set at the Pressroom, Ferry Corsten and Marcus Schulz played an epically long 7-hour set at the historic Echostage in Washington DC to commemorate 15 years of Club Glow as their DJ superduo New World Punx, and Diplo and Skrillex even played a massive 24-hour long set to promote their new Jack U album back in February (it only made it 18 hours before getting shut down). Now, Australian DJ/producer, Dirty South, has just made extended-set history of his own with his 4444 set in Hollywood.

On the 4th of July, Dirty South spun an extended set at Avalon in Hollywood to celebrate the holiday, granting the wishes of many fans by playing a 4 hour and 44 minute long set. Trending on Twitter and Facebook as #4444DirtySouth, the party was a massive success. To celebrate that success, Dirty South has released the set online via Soundcloud and has even decided to release the extended set as a FREE download!

In the set you can hear everything from the essential house classics, exciting and diverse bass drops, unreleased material, and everything in between. Included in this massive set is Dirty South’s new hit single “Find A Way”, as well as his recent remix of Zedd‘s “Beautiful Now”. “Find A Way” is set to release on August 24 on Phazing Records, Dirty South’s recently launched label, and if that isn’t enough, the “Beautiful Now” remix just got an amazing video of its own! Download the set now and experience Dirty South’s amazing knack for mixing and artistry.
