“Damn Daniel” Has Turned Into Your New Favorite Trap Banger

By now, chances are that you have encountered Daniel, your new favorite fashion icon with the white Vans. As if that weren’t enough, producer duo PRXZM is “back at it” with your new favorite ode to Daniel and his white Vans. The self-proclaimed “professional bass droppers” uploaded the track “Back At It (Damn Daniel)” on their Soundcloud Monday – and it’s available to download for free, meaning you can have this track in all of your musical libraries faster than you can say, “Dammmnnn.”

Aside from being a hilarious rendition of the latest and greatest Internet sensation, “Back At It” is actually a solid trap song – it’s almost guaranteed that you’ll catch yourself wanting to play this track on repeat and show it immediately to all of your Tumblr-loving friends. Complete with weird nasally synths, ominous tones, and fabulously deep bass line, this song will linger on your playlist even after Damn Daniel and his white Vans fade off into the distance with Left Shark and Alex From Target.

Go ahead and listen to the track below (and make sure you stay tuned for that second drop because that’s when things start to get real weird and great):

PRZXM is duo Nick and Emma, two Indiana University students with an assortment of fresh tracks ranging from incredibly chill to banger status. Be sure to spend a bit of time going through their Soundcloud page – chances are you’ll come across your new favorite.

But if you’ve only got 3 minutes and 46 seconds to spare, you’ll definitely want to check out “shallow up hi”, their cleverly-named remix of Valentino Khan’s “Deep Down Low.” It’s a vastly different sound from the original track but not disappointingly so: PRXZM keeps it cool with smooth seventh chords and shimmery synths (and if you listen closely you’ll catch a sample of your favorite video game character Yoshi thrown in there).
