P/SEC Transmission Received: The Lights Return Once Again

On March 13th, 1997, something unusual was spotted in the sky in Phoenix, Arizona and Sonora, Mexico. Lights of varying descriptions were reported by thousands of people in a space of about 300 miles from the Nevada line, through Phoenix, to the edge of Tucson. Witnesses claim to have observed a several football field sized V-shaped coherently-moving dark UFO producing no sound, and containing five spherical lights or possibly light-emitting engines. Stars would disappear behind the object and reappear as it passed by.

Lucky for us, the Phoenix Sector of Extraterrestrial Communication has kept tabs on the Phoenix Lights to discover what they meant and to prove that they were not a hoax. Since 1997, the P/SEC has been sending messages about their search for the lights’ return. 

On March 13 2009, the P/SEC received word that instead of watching for the lights, we should be listening. P/SEC received the ability to communicate through a satellite based apparatus.

On March 13th, 2011, P/SEC received transmission that with no activity in two years, the satellite would be going activating ‘SLEEP MODE’ at a high cost. On November 30th, 2014, the satellite awoke again receiving activity. Then on January 1st, 2015, the satellite reported high activity, what could this mean?

A few days later a blurry indecipherable image was received followed by extreme activity in March, and on the 22nd, the lights officially returned.

Throughout 2015 the P/SEC continued receiving transmissions of all strengths and more blurry images, when in January of 2015 they began appearing a little bit clearer. Following these transmission images, the lights officially returned for the second time two nights in a row.

In June, P/SEC shared a message stating: “THE LIGHTS HAVE RETURNED.
SINCE OUR FOUNDATION IN 1997, IT HAS BEEN OUR MISSION TO, IN THE BEGINNING SEE THE RETURN OF THE LIGHTS, BUT LATER TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM.
WE HAVE NOW SEEN THEIR RETURN, NOT JUST TWO YEARS IN A ROW, BUT 2 DAYS. THIS IS NO FLUKE. WE ENSURE YOU THAT THIS ALL MEANS SOMETHING. 2017 MARKS 20 YEARS SINCE THE INITIAL SIGHTING IN 1997. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE RECEIVED SIGNALS IN THE PAST, P/SEC’S GOAL IS DIRECT COMMUNICATION WITH THE LIGHTS IN TIME FOR THIS ANNIVERSARY.
ALWAYS LISTENING.”

Now currently, just last month we have received 100%  connection in the form of video messages from P/SEC showing us just how the lights have greeted us. A sea of people joined together in front of a stage for their favorite edm artists, in other words, Phoenix Lights Festival. The lights have returned for the festival growing each year, and you know what that means, even more growth for 2017’s 20th anniversary of the lights sighting.
