Relentless Beats and Viva are proud to present Viva La Dead, a night full of deadly good beats at Park-It-Place in Albuquerque, NM. On October 20th you will be spellbound by the hauntingly good music from Diplo, Drezo, Bijou, and 4B. We’re too old to get candy from door to door, but there’s no age limit on trading kandi. If you’re in Albuquerque that Friday night there’s no other place to be but Viva La Dead. Even though the lineup speaks for itself here are some ‘abouts’ and a playlist to get the hype train rolling!
Diplo (even though you already know)
The man who needs little to no introduction, Diplo is known internationally as a curator amongst the worldʼs most cutting edge DJs, producers, and musical movements Wesley Pentz has countless successes and with his groups Jack U and Major Lazor, he has created an empire under the electric sky.
Known for spreading his aggressive Jersey club sound into electronic music, it’s no wonder DJ 4B is seen at major festivals like EDC, Mad Decent Block Party, Nocturnal Wonderland and Life is Beautiful to name a few… With massive releases on Mad Decent & Dim Mak, DJ 4B is supported by Diplo, DJ Snake, Steve Aoki, RL Grime, Carnage and much more.
Based in Los Angeles, Drezo is no outsider to the underground sound that is currently sweeping across the restless west coast city. Through his compositions and remixes, the 23-year-old aims to represent the darker and more imaginative side of house music. Using influences from the LA scene has shaped this young artist’s music into a surge of haunting originality that is instantly recognizable. Currently being championed by some of the main tastemakers in the game, as well as Dillon Francis has solidified Drezo’s placement among the world’s top-tier producers.
Hailing from Phoenix Arizona, the 25-year-old Bijou is not your typical producer. Having worked his way up the local scene he has exploded into 2015 with major releases on Sleazy G and collaborations with Thee Cool Cats.
