Dusky Gets Heavenly on ‘Against the Gods’

London-based House/Techno duo Nick Harriman and Alfie Granger-Howell, better known as Dusky began their rise to fame back in 2011 with their critically acclaimed LP, “Stick By This,” via Anjunadeep. The album was named album of the year by Radio 1’s Pete Tong. They went on to produce several other successful singles and EPs, proving themselves leaders within the UK underground world. The duo has just released their latest single, “Amongst The Gods,” and it’s got an underground disco-vibe like none other. Check it out below.

“Amongst The Gods” is the first single off Dusky’s forthcoming five-track EP, The Aset Forever, which is dedicated to a a friend of the duo’s, Jan Francis, who died in late 2017. Francis was instrumental early in Dusky’s career, helping them book some of their first gigs in London.

The Aset Forever EP is said to feature everything from techno to Italo-disco, which “Amongst the Gods” clearly demonstrates. This funky single will get your blood pumping and we can’t wait to see what else Dusky has in store for us come September 14 when the full EP is released.

Be sure to catch Dusky at Shady Park on Sunday, December 9. You can purchase tickets here.
