Relentless Beats

Showtek’s ‘Way We Used To’ Gets a Groove Lift from Daijo

Since establishing the duo in 2001, Dutch brothers Wouterand Sjoerd Janssen have blended styles including EDM, techno, and hardstyle as Showtek. After releasing their first full-length collection, Today Is Tomorrow, in 2007, they went on to collaborate with such varied high-profile acts as TiëstoDavid Guetta, Moby, and Wyclef Jean in the 2010s. Showtek is known for record toppers like 2013’s “Booyah” with We Are Loud and 2014’s “Bad” with Guetta.

Their newest heater is a collaboration with Canadian electronic music duo, Sultan and Shepard, and now with all the remixes out, we are seeing “Way We Used To” in all sorts of new life. What was once a viby and pop-punched beat is now a groovy mix at the hand of another Canadian producer, Daijo. This one is too good to miss. Check it out below.

You can catch Showtek alongside Sam Feldt and Brooks at the annual Wicked Ball taking place Saturday, October 26th at Talking Stick Resort. Click here to purchase tickets.
