Armin Prepares For The Final Frontier

Back in 2011, Armin van Buuren‘s management team announced that the world’s number 1 DJ would be sent off to space in 2014 through the Space Expedition Corporation. He took to Facebook to remind the trance family of his journey, and that he would soon be starting his astronaut training with 100 other ‘Founder Astronauts’.

Maybe we can expect “A Space Of Trance” episode next year. I can only imagine how inspired Armin would be, playing while staring out among the stars.

“For every DJ, it’s a dream to travel 3,5 times faster than their own sound!” says Armin. “And then that deafening silence at 100 kilometers high. I can’t wait. I guess a 200 BPM heart rate is likely.”
