Krewella Debut Top 10 On Billboard 200 With “Get Wet”

Earlier this year Billboard exclaimed, “Krewella is going to be huge,” and today the Windy City bred EDM newcomers will hold true to that claim. Their first full-length album Get Wet has debuted at #8 on the Billboard 200 album chart and #1 on the Electronic Album chart with over 26,775 copies sold – revealing that Krewella is the hottest act in electronic music right now.

Get Wet is the follow up to the breakout EP Play Hard, which charted #1 at Beatport and sparked the interest of VEVO, who inducted Krewella as their first EDM act in their emerging artist series, “LIFT.” Get Wet includes their 2 Top 40 radio tracks “Alive” and “Live For The Night,” as well as their breakthrough single “Killin’ It” which garnered the trio their “Best New Artist” award at the IDMA earlier this year.
