EDMbiz Announces Remaining Guest Speakers and Panels

The Fourth Annual EDMbiz conference’s itinerary of events is locked, loaded, and finalized as of June 9th, 2015. Recently announced speakers include DJ/Producers Nicky Romero, Oliver Heldens, and Pretty Lights, as well as business executives from Twitch, Monstercat, Bandsintown, Splice, Dubset, and Wavo.me. In addition to the newly added speakers, EDMbiz has also announced a number of new panels which will be making their way into the programming which will discuss a number of industry related issues including the link between drugs and electronic music, A&R and how to get signed, the future of journalism in dance music, and how dance music effects urban societies.

Insomniac founder and speaker at the conference, Pasqualle Rotella had a bit to say about the events to come stating that “This year’s conference will bring together some of the most forward-thinking minds in music and beyond, from technologists that have changed the path of dance music, to artists that have broken the mold, we can expect this year’s group to tackle difficult questions and work towards finding solutions that will benefit the industry as a whole.”

EDMBIZ – CONVERSATION WITH HARDWELL AND HIS TEAM

To highlight one of those artists that have broken the mold, Oliver Heldens, seems like he will have quite the showcase come next week. Heldens will be a part of two different panels, one being the artist panel and the other being one entitled, “Team Oliver Heldens” which would appear to cover what its like to run an operation for an artist behind-the-scenes. The 20 year old deep house phenomenon has certainly made a name for himself over the last year and it should be exciting to hear what he has to say about the industry that has built him up to mega stardom.

You can register for a pass to EDMbiz here. The expo will be taking place next week from June 16-18 at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Check out the video above from last years EDMbiz featuring superstar DJ, Hardwell.
