Bali: Ultra Music Festival’s Latest Destination

Ultra Worldwide is the global edition of Ultra Music Festival, the infamous premier electronic music festival brand, founded in 1997. The inaugural Ultra Music Festival took place in 1999, in Miami. Starting off with Ibiza, Spain in 2007, Ultra Worldwide kicked off to a wonderful start outside of the U.S., landing festival locations in Brazil, Argentina, North Korea, Chile, Croatia, South Africa, Columbia, and Japan! Ultra is continuing its worldwide debut, with its latest event being Ultra Beach Bali in Indonesia, this year!

Dewata Island (Bali), meaning “Island of the Gods”, is a well known tourist attraction. Bali’s scenic beauty and mountainous backdrops, combined with the beach and rich local culture, makes it an extraordinary location for an Ultra Music Festival to take place! The Balinese majorly embrace the Hindu culture which typically revolves around traditional music and dance, an excellent environment for festival goers. Because of its rank in the tourism industry, Bali has an exquisite selection of resorts and hotel services, perfect for hosting festival attendees.

Ultra Beach Bali is set to take place on the 24th and 25th of September, 2015, at Potato Head Beach Club in the coastal town of Seminyak. The event is expected to receive around 10,000 festival goers, from all over Asia, including tourists from across the globe intrigued by the scenic, beach vibe. Artists have not yet been announced for Ultra Beach Bali but event tickets went on sale on the 22nd of June. The presales sold out instantaneously, with the regular general admission 2-day passes and the VIP 2-day passes quickly following suit!

Ultra Japan takes place on the weekend before Ultra Bali, going from the 19th to the 21st of September. The event in Japan is completely sold out and has announced headliners such as Armin Van Buuren, David Guetta, Nicky Romero and Skrillex. Japan is still revealing artists on its amazing lineup, hence, one can only imagine the headliners expected for Indonesia! Ultra Beach Bali is going to be the experience of a lifetime.
