YetepAC Slater’s career has seen incredible heights this year. After taking his Night Bass crew to host their very own stage at Electric Daisy Carnival and the seeing the growth of Night Bass from a monthly Los Angeles event to becoming its own label, now AC Slater has released one of the hottest EPs, Take The Night, off of the Skrillex-founded label OWSLA.
As the proud poppa of Night Bass, which LA Weekly has referred to as “The Most Exciting New Dance Party in the City”, AC Slater flawlessly captures a piece of that Night Bass vibe on the new four-track EP. Full of sass, bass and catchy piano riffs, Take The Night packs a punch hard enough to send dance music fans into an all-night dancing frenzy. The EP blends sounds such as UK Garage and bass-heavy house beats, which are coupled with old school synths and breaks that really showcase the sounds of the West Coast underground revival that AC Slater and Night Bass are bring back into the spotlight.
Turn the volume up on this EP and follow AC Slater’s strict instructions to let that booty free.
