YetepHailing from Valencia, Spain, Maceo Plex has seen a much deserved, stratospheric rise over the past few years. He’s been providing his alien, interplanetary funk into our skulls … and we love it (or at least I do). Watch an hour of his set from the Cocoon- Vinyl Only stage at Tommorowland.
Sorry, Steve Aoki fans, he didn’t drop a rendition of the Titanic theme song, nor did he perform any other kind of sing-along, nursery rhyme songs. Thank you Maceo Plex, for shining your intergalactic light in these dark, dark EDM stained days.
His set takes you on a dark, yet super infectious dance journey, proving that Tommorwland is more than just cake-throwing “DJs” and big room EDM. The crowd seemed to love the set, and I’m sure you shall too!
If you happen to be in New York City on September 6th, be sure to catch him at Verboten.
