Rufus Du Sol Join Odesza’s Label With ‘Say A Prayer For Me’

ODESZA’s Foreign Family Collective has just announced the release of its first ever full-length album from the Australian trio RÜFÜS DU SOL. Titled Bloom, the band’s sophomore album will be released January 22nd. RÜFÜS DU SOL‘s career took a skyrocketing curve in 2015 with breakout hits like “You Were Right,” “Innerbloom,” and “Like An Animal,” as well as an extensive US tour.

The group just got done supporting ODESZA on their North American tour alongside Louis Futon, KasboHayden James and others, and is set to have huge set at Coachella and Firefly among others. RÜFÜS is showing no signs of slowing down with their latest offering titled “Say A Prayer For Me.” Sticking to their melodic disco-inspired vibe, the record maintains the ethereal essence and tranquil vocals of its predecessors for yet another infectious tune.

ODESZA’s Harrison Mills explains, “When an opportunity arose to work with RÜFÜS DU SOL on releasing a track through our label Foreign Family Collective, we sprung at the idea. They sent us the album to check out and we were blown away. Up until this point, FFC had only released singles. After hearing Bloom in its entirety, we knew we had to break that mold and put out the complete album. It’s one of the best albums we’ve come across in the last decade and we couldn’t be prouder to give it a home at Foreign Family Collective.”
