For this weeks edition of EDMovie Madness we have three different music video’s you are definitely going to want to check out. From Vicetone we have a cinematic story of a lost love for their track “Siren.” Galantis with a youthful music video for “No Money.” And last but not least, Don Diablo‘s video for “Silence,” very similar to Vicetone, an emotional heart throb film.
Vicetone – “Siren” ft. Pia Toscano
It hasn’t even been a month since Dutch progresive house duo released their hit featuring Pia Toscano “Siren,” and they’ve already got an awesome music video to go along with it. The video displays a man trying to track down his lost love in the forest. He follows a trail of her belongings and catching glimpses of her etheral being but sadly, still doesn’t find her in the end.
Galantis – “No Money”
Galantis’ first original since “Pharmacy”, “No Money” was released early April and now they’ve given us a ‘kid-friendly’ music video for the track. Directed by Andrew Donoho, the video starts off showing different children all with their faces painted as the Galantis sea fox strutting through town mouthing the song lyrics. The kids all eventually end up together resulting in a colorful laser filled dance routine.
Don Diablo – “Silence” ft. Dave Thomas Jr.
Don Diablo tells the story of balancing a love life with a musical career in his music video for his track featuring Dave Thomas Jr., “Silence.” The video goes back and forth from clips of Don performing at huge festivals around the world, to him spending quality time with his lover, or enjoying life’s small moments alone. The video has a somber feel to it displaying how fame can conflict with your personal life.
