Although Nitro Fun has definitely dipped his foot into electro music before, he usually makes house or glitch hop styled music. But of course any producer who wants to expand their music is continually trying to push their limits on what they make and the energetic future bass “Checkpoint” surpasses the limits of listeners I’m sure.
Hyper Potions on the other hand is known to dabble in future bass but the realm of this 8-bit digitized music is unheard of and rather new for them. Listening to the last drop of the song as well and you can hear influences of trap coming into the song as the beat switches up to something more funky.
Nitro Fun and Hyper Potions were a rather odd mix of styles, but both of the groups pulled it off phenomenally and ended up with a completely unique track that’s a fresh new change for audiences to hear.
