YetepPretty Lights‘ recently graced his loyal fan base with his first release in over three years, titled “Only Yesterday,” and now he’s following that with some amazing news. The man behind the music, Derek Vincent Smith, announced the return of his 2-day camping festival in Telluride. Today, the Pretty Lights Live Band, composed of Derek Vincent Smith, Brian Coogan, Borahm Lee, Chris Karns and new drummer Alvin Ford Jr. (sitting in for Adam Deitch) announced a next-level concert experience you need to see for yourself: “PRETTY LIGHTS: A EPISODIC FESTIVAL.”
As Pretty Lights has grown as an artist his fan base has grown as well, and he has expanded the upcoming tour beyond his Colorado roots. New dates added include Gilford (New Hampshire), Chicago, Nashville in addition to two Colorado weekends at Red Rocks Amphitheater and Telluride Town Park.
The lineup’s for these events are looking good as well with Atmosphere, Tipper (twilight set), G Jones, Big Wild, Brasstracks, Marvel Years, Wax Future, and Outlet on August in New Hampshire. Followed by Supervision, Marvel Years, Chris Karns, and Maddy O’Neal at the one and only Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO on August 12-13. And next, on August 26-27 at Telluride Town Park in Telluride, CO, an Evening With Pretty Lights and Special Guests The Pretty Lights Family (You The Fans). Then we have Tipper (twilight set), Emancipator, The Grouch and Eligh, Manic Focus, G Jones, SunSquabi, Cofresi, and Statik September 23-24 in Chicago, and Atmosphere, Emancipator, G Jones, LTJ Bukem, Big Wild, Brasstracks, Marvel Years, Artifakts, Maddy O’Neal on October 7-8 in Nashville, TN.
