The Barong Family Album Drops and It’s 15 Shades of ‘LIT’

It’s hard to believe that the complete powerhouse that is Barong Family would do us the honor of releasing such a masterfully created collection of tracks. But ladies and gents, it must be our lucky day. This family of 24 unbelievable artists, including Dutch DJ masters Yellow Claw, united to produce an insane 15-track Album, The Barong Family Album, and the hype since release is unreal. Cesqeaux, San Holo, Wiwek, Moksi, and multiple others each set their creative innovativeness on the table to release an album for all EDM fans. 

Yellow Claw and San Holo begin our experience with, “Old Days,” a track filled with carefree energy and a beat that could not be paused. Starting off with the perfect amount of “lit” the album travels more and more into a raging fire with songs like “P.S.A” and “Lock the Door.” Each song is sculpted perfectly into the next and even when the BPM is turned down our heart rates never cease to rise. 

This album satisfies every style flawlessly, from rap to house to dubstep. It truly reveals what this so-called family can come together to create, and how much talent can be discovered in collaboration. The versatility in song hooks you from beginning to end; needless to say this fam sets the banger bar pretty high.
