Fuk Watchu Think: The Latest from Ghastly and Jameston Thieves

Ghastly has led not only other AZ artists into the spotlight with him but can be credited as one of the main developers of the bass house movement alongside Jauz. Now touring the world and killing the production and dj game, Ghastly is a household name for all EDM fans. His signature sound mixes the dirty sound design of dubstep with the upbeat, funky house drums that heighten the energy. In Ghastly’s latest release “Fuk Watchu Think,” the two styles are distinctly separated by drop as the first drop is straight head banging and changing bass noises. After a short breakdown and buildup, the second drop reminds of why Ghastly originally captured our hearts as the 4×4 beat ensues, layered with a similar bass pattern as the first drop. Listen below to get a feel for yourself:

Ghastly definitely lives with a “Fuk Watchu Think” attitude which is something that we can all learn from. This song is certainly a manifestation of Ghastly’s belief that true happiness comes when you are pursuing what makes you happy. If seeing Ghastly at BOO! Arizona this weekend is something that would make you happy, click here to get your tickets before it is too late!
