YetepCroatian raised Matroda is someone you may not know of, but you have definitely heard his work. As the first remix of his career, Matroda teamed up with Chris Lake for their remix of SNBRN’s “California” back in 2015. This song proved to be a favorite, hitting the top of Beatport’s charts and ending the year polling in at #5 on SiriusXM’s 2015 songs of the year, and is still a favorite of mine.
Bringing in explosive bass house and garage impressions, the studio sets no limits for the young producer. He kicked off 2016 strong with bass-house anthem “Chronic” that was supported by industry heavyweights and is starting 2017 in similar fashion. Appearing on Dr. Fresch’s most recent mix series The Prescription in Episode 021, Matroda doesn’t let up bringing all the dirty vibes.
Matroda x Migos – Bad And Boujee (VIP Edit)
Now he’s just dropped his latest track, a VIP edit of his collab with Migos, “Bad And Boujee.” In the VIP edit, the infectious beat progresses and the song builds throughout as Matroda and Migos go in on their latest work. Over his new house track, the rap lyrics splayed over the track give it a unique feel for Matroda, with more of a hip-hop influence. You can grab “Bad And Boujee” the VIP edit for free, released by Matroda as a FREE download to the fans on his Soundcloud.
