Zhu Gives The Gorillaz ‘Anromeda’ a Chilling Remix

Zhu and The Gorillaz have both been receiving a lot of press time lately. The Gorillaz have been slowly releasing new music leading up to their new album release on April 28th and Zhu has been delivering top-notch, jaw-dropping sets across the country. Combine the two artists and you’re sure to get something special.

“Andromeda” featuring D.R.A.M. is one of their latest tracks released just last month. The tune already has an upbeat house feel to it making it perfect for remixing by the likes of Zhu.

Zhu first debuted this remix at Ultra but it’s now been released in its entirety for fans to enjoy. He puts a chilling new spin on it with layers of his own haunting vocals and a driven bassline. It’s similar to other recent works we’ve heard from Zhu lately, particularly “Nightcrawler” that has the same eerie feel. Zhu is currently hitting the festival circuit hard. He recently played Phoenix Lights and you can catch him at Middlelands this weekend!
