English DJ and producer Shaun Brockhurst, better known by his stage name, Doctor P, got his start at the young age of 14, experimenting with different instruments, and finding talent on the drums and guitar. He grew into the world of DJ-ing, inspiring him to study music production at Steinberg university.

Taking his education and newly-learned skills with him, he began his career with drum-n-bass, receiving instant recognition from record labels. He released several singles and joined a side project, Slum Dogz, with DJ Swan-E and Krafty MC. Over the years, his sound has evolved as he branched out more into the dubstep scene, showing his diversity as a producer. Today, one of his first dubstep singles, “Sweet Shop” has become one of the most successful dubstep tracks to date, with over 10,000 copies sold.
