Andrew Bayer Announces New Album ‘In My Last Life’

In an energy-filled music scene that is fueled by roaring bass and limitless sound, we sometimes forget that electronic dance music is art. Andrew Bayer’s latest album, In My Last Life, is a testament to artistic expression and songwriting at its finest.  The producer/DJ who has graced stages like EDC, Electric Zoo, and Creamfields is known for his iconic trance tunes like “Perth” and “Celestial” that shake the dancefloor – but his latest album has something more profound to offer.  As you can tell from the first single off the album, “Immortal Lover,” Bayer succeeded in his mission to create something truly magical.  The single’s music video exemplifies this perfectly through showcasing the majesty and beauty of the human form.

With visuals equally breathtaking as the audio, the single off Bayer’s forthcoming LP highlights a new side of the Anjunabeats artist.  “Immortal Lover” is the romantic hybrid of acoustic and electronic sound, complete with a stellar vocal performance by Alison May and iconic trance-inspired synth stabs scattered throughout the piece.  Available for preorder, the highly-anticipated eight-track LP tells a story that is five years in the making.  Featuring soundscapes that crescendo and swell with warmth and emotion, this record is sure to be a staple of the producer’s discography.

Bayer will be stopping at Monarch Theatre with fellow Anjunabeats talent Spencer Brown December 1st for his Immortal Lover Fall Tour; grab your tickets here.
