That New New From Chris Lake and Walker & Royce

Friyay is in full effect with a new EP from House honchos, Chris Lake and Walker & Royce. The two-track EP titled Close Your Eyes contains two tracks that highlight the duo’s and Lake’s distinctive styles seamlessly. Crowds have been teased with these songs for months, so finally having these released in their full capacity has us shuffling for joy. Check it out below.

The boys open with “Drop Top”, a futuristic and synthy beat that has beeps and bops synchronized into a playful party anthem. Track 2, and the one EDC Las Vegas attendees have been waiting for is, “Dance with Me”. Similar to the vibes of Lake’s “Lose My Mind”, this one has deep, brooding vocals that pop against the low baseline and splashes of upbeat percussions and kicks. The boys outdid themselves on this one.
