YetepA blend of bass, jazz, and of course brass, NYC-based duo Brasstracks is about as eclectic as they come. The multitalented instrumentalists found each other during their time at a Manhattan music school, where they teamed up to combine their talent on live instruments with electronic production, resulting in a refreshing new act on the scene, and an ultimate Grammy win years later.
The duo just teamed up with singer R.LUM.R for their latest single, “I’m Alright.” Hit play and listen below.
“I’m Alright” is a funky, laid-back tune packed full with soul and energy. It’s also the second single off Brasstracks’ upcoming EP, Before We Go, anticipated to be released later this year.
Brasstracks will kick off their The Vibrant Tour on January 30th in Boston, Massachusetts. Be sure to catch them as they stop right here in Phoenix on February 20 at Crescent Ballroom. Click here to purchase tickets.
