Check Out Blanke’s Eerie 2-Track EP via Deadbeats

Surfacing in 2016 and amassing millions of streams since, Blanke has enjoyed a rapid rise to recognition in the bass music scene. Named at #7 on Run The Traps Breakout Artists of 2018, before playing a single show in North America, Blanke has found himself on Artist to Watch in 2019 lists compiled by the likes of YOUREDM, Billboard, Noiseporn, EDM Sauce, this song slaps, and now ours.

Already having what most up and coming producers would call a ‘break out year’, Blanke decided to keep the momentum going from his collaborations and remixes with Rezz, RL Grime and K?D, and released a must-hear 2 track EP, out now on Deadbeats Records.

The two songs are titled, “ALT. COLOUR” and “VOICE IN THE MACHINE” and together they make a robust and rather eerie musical experience. In the intro track, “ALT. COLOUR” takes us on a midtempo and downtempo journey through scrapping and screeching bass lines. If you’re looking for something to break out the bass face for this would be the one. Track 2 comes in with a more rapid and dance-evoking pace. Sounding like a crossover between Rezz and K?D, “VOICE IN THE MACHINE” will move your feet but most definitely break your neck.
