RB Deep in the Mix: Josh Butler – Origins Radio Show

Josh Butler is an electronic DJ and producer who leans on the deeper side of things. He was born and raised in the United Kingdom but spent his high school years in New Zealand. Growing up, Josh found inspiration from classic artists like Pink Floyd and David Attenborough. Josh began his music career in 2002 and decided to pursue it full-time when he moved back to the UK. Fast forward to 2010, and he started to gain traction with his Deep House Amsterdam Mixtape, a noted EDM outlet.

The talented northerner has become one of house music’s most revered talents over the last couple of years, boasting a plethora of acclaimed releases on prestigious European labels (Noir, Cajual, Avotre, MTA, MadTech); gigs at some of the world’s best clubs and events including The Warehouse Project Manchester, Mint Club Leeds, Toffler Rotterdam, Chibuku Liverpool, Arches Glasgow, a residency at Sankeys Ibiza, and a plethora of key festival plays throughout Europe.
