YetepWhat started as a collaborative project between a New Yorker and an Icelander almost a decade ago became a solo project in 2018 run by Greg Oreck. The alias they created when they first joined forces definitely sparks intrigue, as “Thugfucker” is unlike any other artist name you’ve heard before.
Over the years, Thugfucker has cultivated their very own whimsical style and sound, receiving support along the way from the likes of Jamie Jones, Guy Gerber, Loco Dice, Sasha, and Pete Tong to name a few.
For this week’s RB Deep in the Mix, we’re transporting you back to Burning Man 2018. Hit play below and let every minute of this hour and a half set sweep you away.
Don’t miss Thugfucker and Marbs at Shady Park on Sunday, August 11th. Grab those tickets here.
