Virtual Riot & Infekt Drop ‘Das Riddim’

German-native DJs Virtual Riot and Infekt come together to create a neck-breaking new release “Das Riddim.” Christian Valentin Brunn, stage name Virtual Riot, is a versatile dubstep artist who is flexible with his sound design. Christian Fial, better known as Infekt, started producing and fine-tuning his dark dubstep from a young age. Both are known to throw down filthy experimental tracks, and their collaboration for “Das Riddim” is no different. 

“Das Riddim” has an eerie, otherworldly opening that builds up momentum into an explosion of nasty bass. There are few lyrics, but it only adds to the menacing nature of the song with evil laughter saying “I haven’t had this much fun in ages!” The song has more ominous musical interludes between the bass drops, giving the headbangers some time to rest.
