GRiZ Drops Third Energy Packed ‘Bangers’ EP

Once again, our beloved funk master GRiZ is back with the third installment of his Bangers EP series. Bangers[3].Zip comes in hot following his prior EP release on Deadbeats and two sold out nights of Red Rocks shows, and paves the way for the second season of his Ride Waves tour. Continuing to add elements of wobbly bass into his usual groovy electronic sound, GRiZ blows fans away with these three tracks titled “I Like That (feat. Kayla Jasmine)”, “supadupakulavibe”, and “Now Til Infinity.” If you have been lucky enough to catch a GRiZ set recently, you may recognize these tracks, which he has called his “secret weapons all summer long,” but if not, they are still just as exhilarating. GRiZ starts the Bangers[3] party off with immaculate sound design on hip-hop heavy bass tune “I Like That” which features lighthearted but fierce vocals by Kayla Jasmine. This one is bound to have fans hooked and singing along from the first listen. Next up is the high energy track “supadupakulavibe” which is full of big builds, guitar chords, and his own pitch-shifted vocals. The lyrics “I feel alive and it’s aright” stand true to GRiZ’s usual positive messages found throughout his discography. Closing out the impressive EP is electro-swing heater “Now Til Infinity” which is packed with the signature GRiZ sound of brass and vocal samples and will have you nostalgically dancing the night away. It makes sense why the dynamic trifecta of attitude and vigor that is Bangers[3].Zip are GRiZ’s “secret weapons.” We cannot get enough of these tracks and are crossing out fingers for another future addition to his brilliant Bangers EP series.
