YetepCalling inspiration from Bob Marley, Steel Pulse, and Midnite, rebel music band Tribal Seeds are led by two brothers, both of whom were raised playing instruments since early childhood in San Diego. The lead singer Steven writes the lyrics for the group while his brother Tony-Ray, along with the rest of the band, produces all of the music. Tribal Seeds drive a refreshing rock sound led by their spiritual mindset and musical talent, bringing a youthful vibe to the roots style, reggae music that previously may not have reached such a broad demographic.
Tribal Seeds’ vocals and jammin’ band bring an infectious joy to stages everywhere, including ones they’ve shared with Matisyahu, The Wailers, Stephen Marley, Gregory Issacs, SOJA, and Rebelution throughout the U.S. as well as Mexico, Guam, Aruba & Hawaii. Their good-natured stage presence matches the feel-good music they create, which has helped maintain their relevance all this time.
Tribal Seeds will be performing two shows in Arizona. See their own headlining show at Orpheum Theater on February 22nd or get down to your roots at Arizona Roots Festival on February 22nd and 23rd. Get tickets for the Flagstaff show here and for the Phoenix show here.
