YetepCalifornia native William Black has been turning heads since his first song in 2017, when he remixed Adventure Club’s “Thunderclap.” Following up on that remix with a slew of other singles, he began opening for big acts such as Illenium and Said The Sky. He has been gaining recognition for his music and is now excitedly on his own tour across the United States. Black’s music can be described as emotional, euphoric bass with heartfelt vocals, similar to the “sadboi” style of music that Gareth Emery, Adventure Club, Slander, and Illenium produce. Buckle up on the feels train, we’re taking a trip and you best be prepared!
“Butterflies” was released on the independent record label Lowly, where budding artists such as Cafe Disko, BRUER, Danny Dateno, and many others. This track showcases Black’s impeccable teamwork on the sound design with Fairlane as well as remarkable vocals from Dia Frampton. With a soft opening with guitar notes leading into Frampton’s incredible voice, this passionate song will leave you with “Butterflies.” You can see William Black live at Shady Park in Tempe on May 29th for his Pages tour.
