YetepFormed in 2016 by Jordan Feller and Marc Gilfry, NEIL FRANCES makes music that inspires you to dance. Masters at creating alternative-pop anthems with soul, their discography is saturated with sun-kissed rhythms and psychedelic grooves.
The LA-based duo teamed up with rising hip-hop artist St. Panther for their second single together, “Let’s Break It Down.” This utterly danceable track is the latest release from the duo’s to-be-announced sophomore album.
Speaking about the record, Marc of NEIL FRANCES stated:
“We’ve found a good amount of solace in the club and on the dance floor over the past few years. This song captures that feeling of being able to let go in an accepting environment. It’s a bit old school meets new school production, a bit of classic 90’s house. The song is about simultaneously breaking down barriers of identity and breaking it down on the dance floor, in a literal sense.”
Check out the music video for “Let’s Break It Down” below!
Captured in a retro 90s aesthetic, the music video celebrates the essence of dance music as it pans over joyous festival-goers breaking it down on the dancefloor and cameos of NEIL FRANCES vibing in the crowd. With its fusion of 90s-inspired beats by NEIL FRANCES and catchy hooks by St. Panther, “Let’s Break It Down” is an ode to the freeness found on the dance floor; we’ll definitely be dancing to this tune all summer long!
NEIL FRANCES is performing at this year’s DUSK Music Festival at Jacome Plaza from November 10th-11th, 2023. This will be a dance party you won’t want to miss—click here for more information!
