Experience LSDREAM’s Lightcode: A Spiritual Sound Bath at Coconino Campout

LSDREAM is a person of many talents.  He started his career better known as Brillz, an iconic trap legend whose songs still hit today, and then transitioned into space bass, which was a huge risk at the time as space bass was nowhere near as popular as it today. Not only did he make it in the space bass genre, he is now arguably sitting the top of the genre with absolutely power houses Liquid Stranger and Clozee.  Lightcode by LSDREAM is a relatively new project of his, focusing more on meditative music, allowing the listener to take themselves on a journey instead of being guided on a journey through incredibly powerful drops.  While a different type of journey, it is an incredible project nonetheless, and I am excited to dive deep into it before his Lightcode Arizona debut at Coconino Campout!

Lightcode is a sound bath experience taken to the next level by LSDREAM’s artistry and technical prowess. LSDREAM’s music can be described as electronically spiritual, and he elevates it further with his Lightcode experiences. He has provided these magical experiences at huge festivals such as Electric Forest, and it is always a treat whenever the opportunity presents itself. It’s the perfect time to bring a blanket, lay down, and soak it all in as his ambient sounds take you on a journey.

It is hard to describe in words what the experience is like, as the sound is presented to be a guide for one’s own inner journey. What I can say is that it is serene, calm, and peaceful, and doesn’t follow the standard excitement of normal electronic tracks. The experience is like him presenting sonic landscapes that are non-stop flowing, and through the simplistic nature of the song, your mind resonates with the sound waves and then hits a new level of peacefulness.

Lightcode by LSDREAM is an experience like none other in the electronic world. While extremely different from what you typically hear at electronic shows, the incredible execution makes it a must-see whenever possible.
