YetepNicole Moudaber is a Lebanese/British DJ and producer in the techno scene who started promoting dance music events in Lebanon during the 1990’s. She was noticed by Carl Cox in 2009 after moving to London and building her DJ and producer career and has continued to build her name in the EDM industry ever since with releases on labels such as Intec Digital, Drumcode, Filth on Acid, and more. She has also started her own record label MOOD Records and runs In The Mood Radio since 2014. She has toured around the world at major festivals including EDC, Tomorrowland, and Coachella to name a few. Her latest release includes “Reverie” and “Forest Fire,” a duo of techno tracks that I’ve been blasting on the way to the gym.
“Reverie” dives straight into the core of techno, blending thumping grooves with hypnotic acid sounds. It’s got a big-room sound that feel just right for both festival stages and underground club nights. The driving tempo and heavy basslines in ‘Reverie’ are seriously captivating, pulling you into a the trance-like state that techno music is known for. It’s one of those tracks that grabs your attention and doesn’t let go – perfect for anyone who’s looking to lose themselves in the music (like when you’re headed to the gym…).
Next up is “Forest Fire,” a track that mixes ethereal vocals with psytrance. It has a perfect blend of melodic depth and a relentless groove that makes it hard not to move. The vocals are mesmerizing, and the whole track just pulls you into another world. This is a strong underground warehouse track, which will make it perfect when she (hopefully) plays it at Dialect for Halloween weekend!
Together, “Reverie” and “Forest Fire” show off Nicole Moudaber’s ability to mix different sounds into one seamless, high-energy experience. These tracks are a reminder of why she’s such a powerhouse in the electronic music scene, constantly pushing the envelope and keeping fans hooked from all over the world. If you haven’t already, be sure to grab your tickets to Dialect and catch Nicole Moudaber behind the decks. You can get your tickets here!
