YetepSeattle-born powerhouse ODESZA arrived like a sunrise over the dance floor, elevating dance music from mere beats into full on storytelling. Harrison Mills and Clayton Knight built a signature sound of shimmering synths, chopped vocals and most importantly… live percussion.
With albums like In Return and A Moment Apart, ODESZA have long been powerhouses in electronic music, constantly pushing the boundaries of their live shows. Their now-signature drumline first took shape around 2015–16 as the duo expanded beyond the standard DJ setup, even teaming up with the USC Trojan Marching Band at Coachella 2015. The addition brought a new energy to their performances—infusing live percussion and human rhythm into their layered electronic sound. Today, the drumline stands as a defining part of ODESZA’s live experience, turning every set into a powerful blend of technology and raw performance. While ODESZA won’t be joined by the whole drumline, an ODESZA DJ set is now more unique. Be sure to check out Better Together where ODESZA will be throwing down a DJ set for the ages.
