- Accessible Entry
While all entrances are accessible, we strongly encourage guests with disabilities and injuries to enter through the VIP or express entrance as those are designed to accommodate various types of mobility accessories
- Accessible Parking
There is a limited amount of ADA parking available on a first come, first served basis. To access this parking, follow the marked signage, and let the gate agents know you are using the ADA Parking.
- Accessible Viewing
There will always be an ADA accessible viewing space at the event. The area(s) is (are) for guests who use wheelchairs, have significant mobility disabilities, or who have difficulty standing for long periods of time. ADA patrons may have no more than 1 person accompanying them in the designated spaces.
Patrons with mobility impairments can request an accessibility wristband at Fan Services. This wristband is to show Festival staff that the patron plus one companion is eligible to enter the accessible viewing area. The accessibility wristband is non-transferable.
- Accessible Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are conveniently located next to all accessibility viewing platforms. All restroom areas have a number of accessible toilets.
- Patrons with mobility impairments
Because the Festival takes place outdoors, you may encounter various types of terrain, including sandy or rocky pathways, uneven and unpaved roads, and grassy fields. Please be aware that the Festival area is a large site, with some distances to cover between different areas and stages. We ensure that our venues are equipped with accessible facilities, including ramps, viewing areas, and accessible restrooms. Our team is dedicated to providing clear signage, and spaces for individuals who may need a break from sensory stimulation.
- Dietary needs and prescription medication
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the Festival, but if a patron has special medical dietary restrictions, items will be reviewed and or inspected by on site Safety Liaison or EMS staff, and most likely allowed in.
Patrons are allowed to bring their medically necessary materials and medications into the Festival, provided that all medicine has a prescription label with the patron’s name. Our personnel at the entry gates will verify the contents of any medically necessary materials. Out of concern for the Festival staff who handle the trash, please dispose of your medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal, which is located at the medical tent. Please see the official Festival map for the location of the medical tent. Please do not dispose of these items in other trash bins at the Festival.
- Service animals
Pets are not allowed within the Festival grounds. However, dogs, which have been trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability, are welcome. If accompanied by a service animal, you will be provided a Patron Notice of Responsibility for a Service Animal or you can request the form in advance from accessibility@relentlessbeats.com. Please enter through the accessible lane at either entrance.
- Can I bring a companion with me?
Companions are welcome at the Festival, but all festival attendees must purchase a festival ticket to enter. If you have any other questions or need anything else we will have staff available on-site at the Fan Services booth within the festival.
- Feedback
We welcome and encourage any feedback and suggestions from our attendees. Please email us at accessibility@relentlessbeats.com. We will do our best to help you have an unforgettable experience.
