Located just off the east edge of the University of Arizona campus in the North University residential corridor, 1510 N. Vine Ave serves as the official chapter facility for the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity (Upsilon Alpha Chapter). Originally built in 1961, the 3-story, 11,800+ square-foot facility houses undergraduate fraternity members and features central courtyard gathering spaces, dining facilities, and communal living quarters. It operates primarily as a residential Greek property, hosting chapter meetings, philanthropic campus drives, and social gatherings for fraternity members and invited university students.
