• Cashless Building: All concessions, merch stands, and bars are 100% cashless (accepting credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). Cash-to-card kiosks are available on-site.

• Bag Policy: Bags up to 12″ x 6″ x 12″ are allowed and searched prior to entry. Clear bags are strongly encouraged to expedite entry, and backpacks of any kind are strictly prohibited.

• Water Policy: Guests are allowed to bring up to two (2) factory-sealed plastic water bottles (up to 1 Liter each) per person. Hydroflasks, hard-sided bottles, and metal containers are not allowed.

The primary venue parking is located in the Adams Street Parking Garage at 4th Avenue and Adams Street. The garage is cashless and typically opens at 6:00 PM on weekdays (earlier on weekends). Parking passes can be pre-purchased online via Live Nation or Ticketmaster.

• Light Rail: Accessible via the Valley Metro Light Rail with stops located at 1st Ave/Washington St and 4th Ave/Washington St.

• Rideshare Drop-Off: Designated drop-off/pick-up lanes operate near the corner of 4th Avenue and Adams Street.

Fully ADA compliant with step-free entries, accessible elevator banks, dedicated ADA seating sections across all levels, and Assistive Listening Device (ALD) options.
