The park features lush lawns, shaded seating, walking paths, and a dedicated El Paso Streetcar stop. It serves as a central hub for major community events, including the annual Chalk the Block festival, El Paso WinterFest (featuring “The Lights at Cleveland Square Park”), free summer outdoor movie nights, and local artisan markets.
