Eastlake Park Underpass is not a standalone, dedicated venue but rather a section beneath a highway underpass within the historic Eastlake Park in Phoenix, AZ, repurposed as a found-space festival/event site. It has been used since around 2024-2025 by promoter Relentless Beats for large-scale electronic/techno festivals such as Body Language and Obsidian Music Festival, valued for its gritty, industrial, underground atmosphere distinct from typical Arizona festival venues. Eastlake Park itself is historically significant as a focal point of African American civil rights history in Phoenix, having hosted civil rights rallies, MLK Jr. Birthday Celebrations, and the annual Juneteenth Celebration; it also features the Phoenix Arts Commission Civil Rights Memorial.
Conveniently located within walking distance of the 12th St / Jefferson St Light Rail station (Valley Metro Rail). Served by Valley Metro bus routes running along Jefferson Street and Washington Street.
Paved, flat ground terrain throughout the underpass area with step-free entrances and accessible viewing areas.
