Located directly on Greek Row just east of the main University of Arizona campus, 1423 E. 1st St serves as the chapter house for the historic Gamma-Rho chapter of the Kappa Sigma fraternity. The multi-story brick residential facility houses undergraduate members and features interior common lounges, a dining hall, and an enclosed courtyard/patio area. It functions primarily as a private residential property hosting chapter meetings, alumni tailgates, philanthropic campus drives, and social gatherings for university students.

Access Policy: Access to social events, philanthropic tailgates, or brotherhood gatherings is strictly restricted to active chapter members, alumni, and invited guests with approved guest list credentials.
