The multi-room venue features a 20,000-square-foot main hall with exposed brick and high wooden beams, an expansive open-air outdoor courtyard (The Ruins), a dedicated art gallery, and the subterranean dark-techno club BASEMENT. Known for hosting cross-disciplinary events, the space accommodates festival-scale music productions, touring live acts, large-scale art installations, and electronic dance events.

The Ruins

An open-air 19,000-square-foot outdoor courtyard and patio framed by preserved factory brickwork, equipped with open-air staging and bar service for summer music series and outdoor day parties.

BASEMENT

A subterranean dark-techno room featuring low ceilings, custom high-fidelity sound stacks, immersive lighting, and a strict no-photo policy for underground electronic music events.

Ground-floor step-free access across the primary entrance, Main Hall, and outdoor Ruins area; accessible restrooms and ramps are provided throughout the public grounds.
