By purchasing a ticket or entering the event space at The Nile Theater, The Underground, The Nile Coffee Shop, or The Rosetta Room, all tickets holders expressly agree as follows:
1. Assumption of Risk
Attendee acknowledges that attendance at live events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries from crowd activity (example mosh pits and stage diving), stage effects, lighting, sound, alcohol, or artist performance. Attendee voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether known or unknown.
2. Release & Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Attendee releases, waives, and discharges the venue, promoters, bands, sponsors, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from liability for any injury, mental or physical, or property damage—even if arising from ordinary negligence of the Released Parties.
3. No Rights to Sue
Attendee agrees not to file any lawsuit or legal claim against the Released Parties for any incident covered by this waiver.
4. Indemnification
Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any third-party claims arising from Attendee’s behavior or attendance.
5. Medical Consent
Attendee consents to receive medical treatment deemed necessary and releases Released Parties from any liability associated with such care.
6. Binding Agreement
This waiver is legally binding on Attendee and their heirs, executors, and legal representatives. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.
Parking for the Nile Theater in Downtown Mesa (located at 105 W Main St) is abundant and largely free. You can use the free lot directly behind the venue, find street parking nearby, or utilize nearby public lots and covered garages.
The Nile Theater’s main theater space as well as it’s coffee shop are accessible via wheelchair and other movement aids. There is an ADA section to the East of the stage. Please let security know when you arrive if you would like access to that area and they will gladly escort you. The ADA section in the theater has clear sightlines to the stage.
