Park-It-Place is a large, paved, open-air commercial parking lot located in the heart of Downtown Albuquerque. While its primary day-to-day function is public vehicle parking, the space is famously transformed into a fenced-off, open-air festival ground for high-energy electronic dance music (EDM) block parties and concert events. Boasting massive temporary stage assemblies, professional laser arrays, and heavy-duty sound systems, it has hosted major international headliners such as Diplo, Steve Aoki, and Above & Beyond.
This is a fully outdoor, paved asphalt lot with zero permanent seating or overhead shelter. Prepare for local weather conditions (sunscreen/hydration for early hours; warm layers for cold desert nights).
As an outdoor asphalt surface, comfortable closed-toe footwear is highly recommended
Because the venue is a parking lot, parking is not available inside the lot during scheduled concerts. However, abundant parking is available in immediate neighboring downtown lots and structures, including the Arrive Albuquerque Valet Stand (742 Copper Ave NW) and the Perfecto Lot (612 Tijeras Ave NW).
Easily accessible via the Albuquerque Rapid Transit (ART) bus system along nearby Central Avenue, as well as multiple local ABQ Ride bus routes servicing the downtown core.
The layout is a flat, paved surface-level lot with step-free access throughout the main concert area.
