Randall’s Island Park is a 519-acre island park located in the East River between East Harlem (Manhattan), the South Bronx, and Astoria (Queens). Managed by the Randall’s Island Park Alliance (RIPA) in partnership with NYC Parks, the island features Icahn Stadium, over 60 athletic fields, a tennis center, miles of waterfront pathways, and expansive open lawns. Randall’s Island serves as a primary New York host venue for major outdoor music festivals (including Experts Only Festival and Governors Ball), headline concerts, and community gatherings.

PARKING
  • Parking passes are not available for concert grounds, and event parking is strictly prohibited on the island during major music festivals per official event guidance.
  • Designated park parking is reserved exclusively for Icahn Stadium and Sportime Tennis Center patrons during standard non-event park operations.
  • Overnight parking and tailgating are strictly prohibited.
PUBLIC TRANSIT
  • Accessible via the MTA M35 bus from 125th Street in Harlem.
  • Pedestrian and bicycle bridges provide direct access from Manhattan (103rd Street Footbridge and 125th Street / RFK Bridge walkway), Queens (RFK Bridge), and the Bronx (Randall’s Island Connector).
  • Dedicated event shuttles and ferry services operate from Manhattan during major festival weekends.
ACCESSIBILITY
  • Randall’s Island Park provides ADA-accessible paved pathways, pedestrian ramps, and accessible restroom facilities.
  • Major festival events feature dedicated ADA entrance lanes, elevated viewing platforms, accessible wristband centers, and designated drop-off/pick-up zones.
  • Designated accessible parking spaces provided at Icahn Stadium, Sportime Tennis Center, and the Golf Center for general park visit.
