Located directly on Fraternity Row adjacent to the University of Arizona campus, the Sigma Chi house serves as the living quarters, executive hall, and social venue for the Beta Phi Chapter of Sigma Chi (originally chartered at UA in 1921). Spanning over 10,000 square feet, the facility features student resident suites, study lounges, a commercial kitchen with dedicated dining services, an enclosed inner courtyard, and outdoor recreation areas. The house serves as the primary base for chapter meetings, alumni receptions (such as annual Homecoming open houses), and major philanthropic fundraisers, including Derby Days supporting the Huntsman Cancer Institute.
Private Collegiate Facility: Facility access is restricted to active chapter brothers, registered alumni, and invited guests during official university-approved events.
