Sloan Park (formerly known as Cubs Park) is the Spring Training home of the Chicago Cubs, located at the NW corner of Dobson Rd and Rio Salado Pkwy in Mesa, AZ. Opened February 12, 2014 at a cost of $99 million, it was funded by the City of Mesa via a ballot measure and designed by Populous with numerous nods to Wrigley Field (replica red marquee, similar dimensions). It is the largest spring training stadium in Major League Baseball by capacity, and also serves as the home field of the Arizona League Cubs (Arizona Complex League) and the Mesa Solar Sox (Arizona Fall League) during the summer and fall. The adjacent complex includes multiple practice and training fields. In addition to baseball, the venue hosts concerts and other large-scale events year-round.

Free trolley operates from Tempe Marketplace (approx. 1 mile east); Valley Metro buses serve the Rio Salado corridor; Light Rail not immediately adjacent but accessible from Tempe area stations
