Situated at Wythe Avenue and North 12th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Superior Ingredients is a 20,000-square-foot multi-level music venue, nightclub, and event complex housed in a restored 1929 spice-blending factory (formerly home to Output). The venue features two distinct performance spaces: “The Room” (an indoor industrial music hall) and “The Roof” (a 5,000-square-foot rooftop deck equipped with a fully retractable glass enclosure). Powered by custom d&b audiotechnik sound systems, Superior Ingredients hosts underground house, techno, rooftop day parties, and late-night electronic showcases.

Coat check is available on any night that expects to be cold enough to warrant extra clothes / coats. Bags can also be checked as separate items.
The following forms of identification are accepted as proof of age for entry:
(a) A valid driver’s license or state-, territory-, or province-issued ID card from the US or Canada;
(b) a valid passport;
(c) a valid military ID from the US;
(d) a temporary ID from the US Department of Motor Vehicles, along with the expired ID it is replacing or some other form of photo ID;
(e) a Global Entry card issued by the US.
Please note the following forms of Identification are not accepted as valid.
(a) NYC ID cards;
(b) photographs of identification;
(c) university or high school ID cards;
(d) identification in any language other than English (aside from passports).
The venue management reserves the right to restrict any other items that could pose a safety hazard or restrict the enjoyment of another guest. Any prohibited items may be returned to a vehicle or disposed of properly, except where possession is prohibited by law. Management also reserves the right to inspect personal belongings of a suspicious nature.
