Operated by prominent music promoter The Bowery Presents (a subsidiary of AEG Presents), Terminal 5 is a cavernous, 16,500-square-foot multi-level entertainment space located in Hell’s Kitchen. The building—which formerly housed the mega-nightclub Club Exit—features 40-foot ceilings and a massive ground floor flanked by two sweeping balcony wraps. Known for its industrial warehouse vibe, it hosts mid-to-large-scale touring indie rock bands, electronic dance music (EDM) producers, hip-hop artists, and private corporate galas.
Sightlines & Sound: The venue is a flat-floor, open GA room. For the best view of the stage without getting packed into the main floor crowd, head up to the second-level horseshoe balcony early.
The Roof Deck: Weather permitting, Terminal 5 opens its revamped outdoor roof deck, featuring its own bar, seating, and a dedicated smoking section.
No dedicated venue parking lot. Limited street parking is available in the surrounding Hell’s Kitchen streets, and several paid public parking garages operate along 56th and 57th Streets between 11th and 12th Avenues.
Accessible via the New York City Subway at the 59th St–Columbus Circle Station (Lines: A, C, B, D, 1) followed by a walk west, or via the M57 and M12 local cross-town bus routes.
Fully ADA compliant. The venue features an elevator that services all three internal viewing levels and the outdoor rooftop deck, along with dedicated accessible viewing platforms.
